"On Tuesday, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, a Republican, signed the most extreme abortion ban nationwide. The measure is a "fetal heartbeat bill," known as HB 481, that would outlaw abortion after six weeks, which is when a heartbeat is sometimes detected in an embryo, but before many women even know that they're pregnant. The bill doesn't just curtail women's reproductive freedom (no minor offense); it criminalizes the procedure itself, which means women who get an abortion could face life in prison and even the death penalty. That's because, as Slate explains, once HB 481 takes effect, a woman who terminates her own pregnancy with, for example, a drug easily available on the internet, "will have, as a matter of law, killed a human—thereby committing murder." Under Georgia law, the punishment for that crime is life imprisonment or capital punishment.

HB 481, which is due to take effect on January 1, 2020, would also have consequences for women who suffer a miscarriage. If a woman were to miscarry based on her behavior—such as use of drugs or alcohol—she would be liable for second-degree murder, which is punishable to 10 to 30 years' imprisonment. Even if she opted to leave Georgia to obtain an abortion—she'd still be just as liable for punishment in the state. If a woman travels to another state for an abortion, she may be charged with conspiracy to commit murder, which can lead to 10 years’ imprisonment. And if you're a woman who wants to help a friend cross state lines for her abortion, you could also be charged with conspiracy."

And since you asked I prefer death to bad parents, shyt I had parents that care about me and I still think about suicide from time to time (not like cop the gun and play Russian roulette) but I ponder. I'm 20, 21 in a month and if I had to grade my life I'd give it a D+, or at best C-. It hasn't been enjoyable, my parents love me but they're also typical foreign born parents who stressed success, and sucked the fun out of the vast majority of childhood, and you can't go back their once you're an adult word to R. Kelly and MJ. It kind of bothers me when people talk about good memories of childhood and 95% of mine come from music/sports/watching TV. Again my parents did what they could with limited income in a foreign land, but that didn't stop me from feeling like I didn't fit in with the coli 's fav new group/denomination ADOS, but at the same time I didn't relate to blacks from the Diaspora. Spent my childhood grinding, only to not get into the school I put all my effort in for, factor that in with Dope 45 and the slow but gradual understanding of all the different facets in which life isn't fair as a law abiding, hard working, consistent black man and your damn near driven to madness/depression daily.

I can only imagine how much I'd hate life if one or both of my parents didn't want me, AND they weren't responsible, AND they were broke. I came from a relatively good home and I've almost tripped into the pitfalls of life various times. Why subject some to all those Ls, when you know better.

but factually, over 90% of legal abortions occur within a time frame where you'd have to be looking EXTRA HARD to see a fetus, so if you did care to "watch" it would be mostly uterus lining or other matter coming out.
