Yea it would’ve but you also have to take time into account as well. Most eps only run 20 minutes with ten minutes slotted for commercials. The only ep this season that ran “longer” was Teddy Perkins, and it had no commercials.

You keep the TLC dance scene in and you have to cut a minute off another scene. There’s really no other scene you can logically cut down

Don't forget the payola for the radio slot, earn was no where near ready to be a manager for a established artist but in his defense paperboi didn't want to embrace (the fame/corporate side) of it, and take it seriously. Now that he is, he has no tolerance for earn's fukk ups.


But yeah, earn is a smart/dumb dude that just seems to (like) making things hard on himself. He's turning into "alligator man" and don'tevenknowit.

When this show delves into the esoteric and avant garde, I am admittedly not that big of a fan. It just doesn't work for me with these characters and in this medium. When it's more grounded and dealing with the dynamics of friendships, family, romance and competing ideologies (e.g., loyalty versus capitalism, comfort versus ambition, love versus apathy, etc.), I think it's the best show on TV. This was one of my favorite episodes of the series.

This nikka Tracy gave Earn one of them down south Country Tyme lemonade asswhoopings.

How Earn was talking I thought he was about to beat Tracy ass, for real.

That notion was quickly dispelled.

They scene also shows them clowning around with the chicks .

The way the episode plays makes it seem like Al wanted nothing to do with the chick.

Not saying keeping that scene makes her actions justified, but if you know a chick is crazy, but get comfortable and have fun and shyt, she'll get more attached and is liable to do shyt like throwing water on someone for talking to another girl

Earn low key might have narcissistic tendencies or a really inflated sense of self and delusions of grandeur ... I mean my dawg even raced Mike Vick on some shyt like he really had a shot. Even Mike was looking like ... he keeps misapplying that energy ... if he applied that same energy to the management he’d be straight .

there are subtle differences done throughout the year that let you know he's getting money

Did anybody else noticed the look on Earn face as the campus police was riding by with the girl on the back looking like she had been raped. It looked to have him spooked or reminiscent of when he was at Princeton and him getting kicked out. Didnt in the original script for the pilot it alluded to him getting kick out over a possible rape. Also it's good to see Darius still his light hearted self. I thought after that whole ordeal with Teddy and piano his whole view and demeanor would have changed.
