And like Flex said, it's not even like young DJs play Griselda. Not sure why they're singling out Flex, I think they're still mad about him not feeling their freestyle on Flex, because Griselda doesn't play radio or club music really. So why does Flex matter?

Griselda, which I love, makes very underground sounding music. Hot 97 plays hits and always have. Even in the 90s, when they played "real Hip Hop", them songs was HITS. lol. They wasn't playing Rough House Survivers

Rough house survivors lol

This thread is funny since most of y'all complain about mainstream sounding the same but when something is introduced that doesn't sound like it should be on radio it get shunned.

Flex has not broken an NY artist in who knows how long. French Montana had to go all the way to ATL to pop when Coke Wave and Max B were buzzing all over NYC.

I love Conway but Flex lowkey killed him here. The whole Griselda did have mad resources and cosigns. Hov, Drake, Em, etc.

They can only blame themselves if they feel like they arent getting radio play, because they arent making radio friendly music.

Conway album had cuts for sure. The Jill Scott song should be getting play. That's a weak sus excuse for a DJ.

Nobody tells Eminem he needs radio songs. He got on with whatever he wanted to make a single.
