to say its a good thing or a bad thing is hard to tell but africa is sucha mess that anything that has the potential to bring order is considered a good thing..imo i think it won;t have that much impact but countries that currently have the greatest influence on africa are china , russia,the middle east and europe...all america has done is pour AID that just gone to dictator hands to buy more weapons

White Americans(everyone in the world I'm talking about) can invest, I just want it to benefit Africa in some shape or form. If you want to bring a company over here, it should have fair wages; safety conditions, benefits(I believe most African countries have free health care) and a pension. If you want to start a corner store, you; me, or anyone who wants to open up shop should do business w/ other African businesses and funnel money to specific causes(help build roads; establish SEO/other web money making training programs, construction training programs, basically any thing that contributes to sustainable money to Africans).
