Accuracy is a SKILL. If we're asking whether Vick has the arm strength (not accuracy) to make any throw that Aaron Rodgers can, then how is this even a question?

Go back to your original post. You just stated simply Vick can make any throw Rodgers can which is debatable. Vick, as much I used to stan him, has elite arm strength but not elite arm talent. Does he have the arm to make the amazing throw? Yeah, but so do a lot of other QBs.

as far as pocket passing goes, vick can throw the ball farther, hence having better arm strength. this is all were arguing about.

alex smith has a decent arm and hes horrible in downfield accuracy
jeff garcia and chad pennington had below average arms by NFL standards yet they still could throw more accurate passes downfield than alex

Have you seen Michael Vick's highlight reel? Vick can make any throw Rodgers can and we're not even gonna discuss the speed difference. Rodgers is the best QB in the NFL but Vick is the best athlete that has ever played the Quarterback position unless Cam Newton proves otherwise
