so youre saying that if shaq or rondo spent tons of time practicing FTs since they were kids theyd still suck at it ?

elite level accuracy is another question, not many men are accurate like tiger woods in golf, yet there is no innate talent in putting a damn golf ball.

tiger's success is a combination of things. not every difficult skill can be perfected by everybody by simple repetition. some skill require diligient work that isnt routine repetition

Five pages in and I get the impression those who saying accuracy is a skill, as if its something you're not born with, are somehow feeling full of themselves because they think they're right.

No, you're not. Accuracy is innate... a product of something far more complicated than simple repetition.

yeah it has something to do with spatial intelligence. thats innate (and therefore a physical gift). its why some basketball players are shooters and some just arent no matter what
