Sorry for the delay in update brehs, I have been struggling to find before pics just to highlight the vast difference in my hairline compared to where it was. And I have also been mad busy with a project at work. I want to reiterate to everyone that prior to the procedure my hairline was finished but now it is slowly coming back. I also want to point out my hair hasn’t even gone through the shedding phase yet (after shedding it is meant to come back fuller and thicker).

Where'd you get it done and would this procedure work for someone who is thinning on top but has an intact hairline?

L.A. Fue hair clinic, depends how old you are. They usually recommend it for people in their 30’s who might have stopped balding. Some doctors will try and predict the route your baldness will take and make a recommendation based on that. Either way you can fill in any part of your hair that is receding and suffering. It’s been three weeks since I had it and it is astounding the results, the donner area is still sore and scabby but that will heal in time.

Much love, wake up everyday now feeling rejuvenated. Can’t wait to get back in the gym which has been the most harrowing thing about this whole experience. That and hiding from the sun like a vampire.

Yeah If i need this surgery in the future (with my genes i might) that would hurt me the most.
How long do you have to wait to indulge in strenuous activity (including work)?

Went back to work after a week, I was told to take a month of the gym which in truth has been the hardest part of all this.

I would sneak in 15 mins of abs daily after that first week:hubie:

:russ:Trust me you wouldn’t, the advise you not to bend your head for fear of losing grafts. The grafts are meant to be secure after 10 days but all the aftercare effects will have you worrying way after that. I will just have to wreck my body when I return and push even harder.

I'm not bald but I wish the follicles in the back grew as fast as the front and sides of my head.

The irony in your statement is if you was to go bald and require the FUE treatment the back area is where you would be relying on. If you are not seeing any signs of deterioration in the front then you are good.

If you have dreads or braids(I'm sure females get it done as well.)
do they still require you to shave your whole head during the fue process?
