If they have to make concessions, I’m betting on King aka Candy Crush. M$ doesn’t have the knowledge or infrastructure of mobile markets. Especially if this is all a game pass play.

I could understand all this noise if MS was trying to buy Nintendo or Sony or even Valve, but as big as AB is MS buying them isn't an industry crushing monopolizing move.

activision/blizzard is heavy on MP which MS is all heavily into.
So lots of those titles depend on having a strong multi platform presence as thats how they bring in their revenue.
They not gonna go Multiplatform they gonna hog all those other games to themselves and put them on gamepass bruh....

Nobody of any real authority has disagreed yet. The FTC is trying to stall Microsoft out but when the Axon case gets settled by June and the FTC loses a great deal of their authority, they will fade to black. If the FTC felt they had a real case, they'd move to present before a judge. Multiple companies have accused the current iteration of the FTC of violation of the Constitution, because they have.
Deal is going to pass and I'm not sure if the remedies will be deemed necessary.

They'll do that with some games, but most of the games that are big breadwinners will stay Multiplat forever or for at least a decade or until they are like #2 in market cap.

you'll see by next year when it all starts coming out... even now ES6 which probably was supposed to be on PS5 gonna be xbox exclusive damned the contracts... they dont wanna make good games, they be lazy and just buy the company making the games... literally buying 3rd party marketshare to cripple their competition.
