He is from what they said. Bud is really trying things he normally wouldn't try. I think Bud is improving as a coach. Sometimes teams who aren't contending or any good gives a coach more room to try new things outside of just practice. I think Bud will be better for this next season when we have a key young player. Also, Bud has a locked down contract. He can't just leave like that. Atlanta can block the request or at least have to be compensated.

Same thing my guy saying bro. Bud is enjoying watching the development of guys like Isaiah Taylor, prince, collins, and even Dorsey. Its like night and day how some of these guys are playing compared to the start of the season. And he knows he gets first dibs on a brand new rookie after this tank season is over.

Its telling of the vibe in the locker room when ersan illyasova doesnt want to get traded cause he loves playing in this environment. Thats a credit to bud.

Show me where Bud's contract information is. The truth is that it's not readily available so we don't know what Bud can or can't do.

I still have a hard time believing Bud was/is happy about losing his job, his clout in the organization and now coaching a rebuilding roster that's going to be bad for multiple years. I think it's 50/50 he returns next yr

We really aren't that far. Prince is vastly improved, Bazemore is finally decent, Dennis is the same ole Dennis. We get a top 3 pick, especially Ayton, make some key moves to vastly improve the bench, we should be fine and a playoff team in no time. Milwaukee is capped out, bad trade pieces outside of Giannis and Middleton and limited potential on the bench. Atlanta has a far higher ceiling. Whoever coaches Giannis is just going to see him walk in a few years or ask for a trade.

Bud still has clout and he still has an iron clad deal.
