Lol caping how? I'm talking about my experience AS A WOMAN!! you don't even see the arabs in Dubai the workers are mostly filipino and south asians. So ignored by who? the filipinos? At the end of the day their culture is very conservative and as someone coming from a rather non conservative country such as the US you have to be more aware of the things you say or do. If you don't like it then don't go, simple as or do your research before you go.
