Dubai can be pretty expensive but is one of the most fun places to vacation/party at. Kind of like Vegas + Miami.
You go to the pool & beach parties and some of the baddest females you'll ever see. It was a bit weird when you realize it's basically open prostitution in the more tourist-y eras (Jumeriah/5 Palms), seeing these college age females of all shades of brown, asian, and european built like bottle girls but basically being "working girls" (their term for prostitute). It's a bit overwhelming. Of course the non-tourist-y spots don't allow them in, so you get to see the normal women who live there, still all very beautiful. This dark-skinned Senegalese chick
but then there was this light-skinned Algerian woman 
With that being said, you can get crazy drunk and trashed in Dubai... the Brits and Irish are ignorant in their pubs there... and no one cares as long as you're not belligerent, and even then the bouncers (a number of them swoll Nigerians) will just throw you out and leave it at that. but why you would go there to break rules or force people's hands to call the police... is something i don't understand.
