Yeah the more they quote, the more I'm baffled. Again, Gibbs can rap. I'm not saying he's talentless, but what they're hearing and what I'm hearing....I don't get it. He's good but him being better than Benny and WAY better at that, I just don't hear it. His bars are not special to me. They're solid. Not wack, but not "dope" either. Content isn't particularly deep or thought provoking either or bar heavy.

Neither of them are lyrical like that Gibbs makes better music imo but like @Zero said as of late he's been phoning it in. I've never heard a Benny song I liked more than "Cataracts" but I'm not gonna pretend I've heard all of Benny's work either. I've heard TT3, TT4 and Burden of Proof, TT4 and Burden of Proof are average af lyrically so I'm not seeing where folks think Benny would body him lyrically in a landslide. Haven't heard TT3 in a long time, I'll run it back tonight and see if my opinion changes but otherwise, I could see it going either way.
