True but a bad demo doesn’t necessarily mean the game will be bad. I can’t tell you how many times i played a game demo and had the time of my life, probably played it 100x’s and bought the game and dropped it. Sometimes a sample of something just isn’t the best representation of it.

Of course having a bad demo is going to leave people feeling cold also, so it’s SE’s fault if a lot of people lost their motivation to pick this game up for 70 dollars. I’ll wait for reviews to see if its greater than the sum of its parts.

I honestly feel like One Piece might be the sleeper RPG next month

I don't play demos and I suggest not bothering with them. It's a slice of a game out of context. If I'm genuinely interested in a game I buy it either day 1 or wait for a sale but I haven't really found demos to be all that useful in judging a game. This always looked like a 7/10 game at best. The metacritic score on it will probably just crack 70.

This game will probably be on sale a few months after it comes out. Conflicted. I probably should buy it because the lead character is black and that shows them it's viable to have that but I've never really been excited for it. I'm guessing I buy. I mean I bought Deathloop mostly for that reason and to this day I still haven't played it.

I copped on a sale. It was a good story and decent gameplay but it was very short thou. The Order 1886 deserve to have a sequel.

I'll still cop Forespoken day 1 cause I wanna support a black sister with a leading black character. I would hate to see nobody gonna buy it cause of the demo then you gonna have these cacs would have said, "I told you so the lead black character wouldn't make some $$$, don't sell well" so next time do not make a black character again .

Maybe with Meta losing billions of dollars every year they’ll sell Ready At Dawn to Sony
