No its actually really fun, but the main story is pretty short.

Reality of the matter is, I don't think folks realize how much of a blessing this is tho.

It is and isn’t, i don’t want to say too much, but the pacing of the second half is kind of weird

No, I mean the length of the story is actually just fine. Yeah, the pacing is off tho. THe beginning pacing and the end pacing are not great. But it could've been paced accordingly within this same time length for completion and it'd been a minimum issue really. An open world game that the main story can be completed in under 20 hours easily, but can last 2-3 times that for exploration and side content is actually ideal.

Yeah, a 20 hour campaign is what i prefer with good side content

i made it to the second chapter last night. seems to be a pretty average game so far. the "joss whedon" dialog that people seem to hate is not any worse than the deadpool movies. not my cup of tea, but logical for a fish out of water story. i have it on performance mode so it does not look very next gen but runs well. combat appears to be pretty deep. magical parkour is great. not a bad game at all.
