Damn near took my baby girl to ER this morning (not covid, already tested negative). Out sick again myself today, so may get some time in later once everyone has rested after doctors appointments.I need that fire sword thing
Just got out of prison and now in the city. Following this white broad.
Cut scenes and transitions are weird

Mods in on the Forspoken hate
Breh where tf in nyc do people talk like that, I grew up in brooklyn and lived in queens, fukk the slang her dialect is totally wrong, and the actual jokes are uninspired it's not witty or ironic. I'm beginning to notice a type of willful ignorance from certain Black gamers when talking about Forspoken even my friends irl, being prematurely defensive about dialogue that just isn't very good.
Austin Walker (Black games writer) made a blog post about this calling it 'post-cringe', I thought this bit was relevant.
Post-Cringe: Forspoken and the Self-Sabotage of the Smirking Protagonist
If you're on Twitter or frequent gaming forums, you have probably been unable to escape clips of Forspoken (Square-Enix studio Luminous' new open world action RPG) today. Just in case you spend your time better than me, though, here's a small collection of them: I present to you *actual* dialoguewww.clockworkworlds.com
Maybe I'm tripping but I didn't really see much of anything wrong with the dialouge, especially in the first and third clip. It actually felt worlds more natural than anything Miles said throughout the Spider-Man games.
Forspoken dialogue is like a mixture of Mass Effect Andromeda and a jrpg.
