Gucci prob just pays for a studio and lets folks sink or swim. Artist Development is a lost art. Take Teyana Taylor for example, she is one of them folks who had been developed since a kid, but now being that the industry has changed folks aren't looking to develop someone just for them to not pan out so it's sink or swim and if you do blow then they put everything behind you. Look at Cardi B now, a proper team would have that bytch churning out manufactured stuff.
