Can't walk anywhere because its either on the otherside of town and youll have a heart attack from the oppressive heat, or your dodging aggressive homeless people who follow you around on bicycles.

i spent most of my life on the east coast and went to high school in houston. i've spent time in alot of the major cities down south, but the only place i would ever live is houston. aside from atlanta and charlotte, houston is the only place in the south that has a large enough transient population, mainly due to the economy, that it doesn't even feel like the south. yeah, it sucks that everything is spread out, but at least i don't live in sardin can that cost $2000 a month anymore.
