They should have to answer to the Government or some kind of committee.

You can't have Iron Man flying doing whatever the fukk he wants breh. Dude is could level a city block if his suit fukking malfunctions. LOL

To be fair HYDRA infiltrated the U.S. government so Captain America has no reason to trust their ability to over see anything.

He's telling you that government oversight won't stop Iron Man's suit from malfunctioning. That's perfectly logical.

I love it when people on the internet rely on the old, "If you have to ask, you're too stupid to know" trick.

Uh you still are missing the fukking point.

But anyway for the purpose of this thread.

Terms of the Registration Acts
The Act required that super-powered individuals surrender their real names to the government (but not the public). This obviously entailed the loss of their secret identities.

It enabled the government to monitor all powered individuals and was drafted to facilitate the government's licensing and/or employment of individuals who were actively using their powers. The powered individual had to fulfill some requirements or meet some criteria before they were allowed to fully use their abilities and gain legal authorization to continue to use their abilities to fight crime. Government employment was not mandatory, though it was available to those who wished to take it.

So why would you want a person like that to head the Superhuman registration?

In the marvel universe true.

I'm talking from a real life logical perspective.

Breh we got people walking through Wal-Mart in broad day light with legal assault rifles. The government wouldn't control this kind of thing effectively in real life. Let's stick to the comics.

i could see cap bein more of a liberal and tony bein more of a conservative, with both leaning towards the middle.

ya know blue vs red.

and even though i don't associate myself with either party, and i find flaws in both of them, i do more often tend to lean left.

so cap. :salute:

anyone who dont fukk with cap getting that neg on sight.

What is your point bolding the "legal" part? The same guns kids use to shoot up schools are legal virtually every time.

Which is the same shyt everyone else in this thread is saying. How is registering these people going to keep them from wrecking shyt, or Iron Man's suit from malfunctioning?

The point is there would be over site and someone to answer to. If yall think these people should be able to do this shyt without impunity you are absolutely nuts.

Breh....again....do you not understand we have similar paperwork and laws in place for legally obtaining guns....yet schools still get shot the fukk up?

You're the one that wanted to bring this conversation into real life. If the U.S. government can't protect it's people from legally obtained firearms, the fukk makes you think superheroes would be any different?

For the record I'm not arguing for gun control, I've owned a gun since the 90's. But if I woke up tomorrow and shot up the mall it being legal or registered wouldn't be much comfort to the people that got killed.

You keep saying "there needs to be someone to oversee this!" and "there should be consequences!" but you ain't giving any concrete examples of how it would be done, or who would do it, without the shyt turning into "1984".
