This. I actually think ggg landed harder cleaner shots this fight.

Razor close fight, props to both for being warriors. I think the fight was so close u could've reasonably scored it for canelo 2 rounds, or ggg 2 rounds.

Def no "robbery". However, a real sick part of me feels like no matter what canelo was gonna get the judges. That's boxing for ya. Corrupt ass sport

Ring generalship is one of the central components of the scoring criteria of bouts as is clean punches, effective aggressiveness and defense...

The fact I just had to type this out to you on a boxing forum is a huge problem and proves my point that anyone who calls this decision a robbery doesn't know shyt about boxing...

you don't know shyt about boxing you just saying buzz words

the jab is the most important punch in boxing because it sets up your range and other bunches, GGG didn't use his jab to set up any offense you dumb ass muthafukka

jabs aren't scored higher than body shots, which is why Canelo shouldve won the first fight and won this fight

Body shots are automatically scored as power shots in boxing you dumb ass, learn about the sport

I swear some of yall didn't even pay attention to canelo's body work. Dude was KILLING little g's body in the first half. Little g gonna be pissin blood for a while. Canelo prolly never went more than 15 seconds without landing a power punch. He stayed on little g's head and was forcing the action for most of the fight. But all little g wanted to do was backpedal and jab his way to victory. Canelo turned his ass into erislandy lara.




Yea little g eventually came on once canelo lost some stamina. But landing 3-4 big punches a round ain't gonna cut it. All this fight proves is that canelo is without question the better boxer and little g can only compete with him when he gasses out. But nah....we not gonna little shookboys off the hook. They clowned canelo for backing away last time, now their boy was out there looking like paulie maligaggi



Canelo had his ass terrified to let loose. Little g only got some balls when canelo was visibly tired. Just like the first fight. Little g is just not the fighter that canelo is. Flat out.

Seriously, what was the difference between Canelo/GGG 2 and Ward/Kovalev 1? Looked like the same fights to me.....different results.

No similarities at all. I thought Kovalev won but remember there was a knockdown in that fight are most of those rounds were clear on who won

And didn't #canelocartel tell yall before. Little g's inactivity in the first fight had NOTHING to do with canelo's "running".....little g was just shook. That was obvious in the first fight and it was even more obvious tonight. Canelo's counter punching and power had him nervous as hell. Had both his eyes busted up within the first 2 rounds



There were moments where canelo was really schooling that man. But I still give little g his respect. Dude is a machine. Even with all his weaknesses, he gets the most out of his talent level. His defense is a lot better than I gave him credit for. But he's just not as good as canelo. Nothing wrong with that.
