you can have the center of the ring and get jabbed to death and outworked - that's what happened

and to finish the last third of the fight, he was losing exchanges

but let these commentators tell it and Canelo was landing haymakers all night

also lol @ people downplaying jabs now like they aren't the most important and central punches in boxing. You most certainly can control and win a fight with jabs.

but aside from jabs GGG landed nice uppercuts, hooks, and straights on Canelo.

I swear some of yall didn't even pay attention to canelo's body work. Dude was KILLING little g's body in the first half. Little g gonna be pissin blood for a while. Canelo prolly never went more than 15 seconds without landing a power punch. He stayed on little g's head and was forcing the action for most of the fight. But all little g wanted to do was backpedal and jab his way to victory. Canelo turned his ass into erislandy lara.




Yea little g eventually came on once canelo lost some stamina. But landing 3-4 big punches a round ain't gonna cut it. All this fight proves is that canelo is without question the better boxer and little g can only compete with him when he gasses out. But nah....we not gonna little shookboys off the hook. They clowned canelo for backing away last time, now their boy was out there looking like paulie maligaggi



Canelo had his ass terrified to let loose. Little g only got some balls when canelo was visibly tired. Just like the first fight. Little g is just not the fighter that canelo is. Flat out.

A lot of it is casuals also have no idea how to judge and evaluate body work, they probably scoring those early rounds for GGG cuz of his jab when Canelo had him sucking in air on those body shots. That shyt count more than those jabs, and no way were all those shyts landing based on those inflated compubox numbers, Canelo was catching and deflecting alot of those

Ring generalship counts as does clean and effective punching...

The only punch GGG was able to land in rounds 1-9 was the jab...

Canelo completely controlled the action in the center of the ring and landed the harder cleaner punches throughout the fight...

That only change in rounds 10 and 11 when Canelo gassed...

Canelo was lucky he didnt get dropped by those uppercuts, Cryptkeeper. GGG came back big time second half of the fight..he basically whooped Canelo's ass in one of those last rounds.

Bruh this nikka really trying to say RING GENERALSHIP don't count in scoring fights and crying about a robbery...LMFAO

Ring generalship is one of the central components of the scoring criteria of bouts as is clean punches, effective aggressiveness and defense...

The fact I just had to type this out to you on a boxing forum is a huge problem and proves my point that anyone who calls this decision a robbery doesn't know shyt about boxing...

Canelos chin as a MW is underrated. Still lost this fight IMO, but his chin is up there.
