Whats up with the wait for Waiters?

Dragic/Waiters/Hayward/Justice Winslow/Whiteside....is a damn good starting 5. Winslow should flourish at as the 5th option..give you 11 pts 7 rebounds 4-5 assists while paying elite defense.

McGruder, Tyler Johnson, Richardson, Bam is a nice ass young bench and dem boys will play defense.

Whats this i hear about JJ and hayward having the same agent? We see how close jj been around the team so maybe we get a package there. I dont want to wait til monday tho for us to secure deals with dion and end up striking out on both.

Looks like blake staying with clippers but what about ibaka?? Should we take a look at him

Quick show of hands, who thinks we're on the short list of teams for the premier perimeter player of this year's free agency if we had tanked the season? This is why you compete and you allow the results to take you where they may, regardless of what happens

You're right but let's be real, the dudes we're in play for either don't move the needle(Hayward) or are very risky(Blake), it's not like Giannis or Kawhi are FA's and want to join us.

and this is why you don't give a max deal to blake griffin

@Freddie.Cane tell that nikka @Captain_Crunch to hold that L

First off, NEGGED at the bolded :Justisewhat:

Second of all, can't afford Waiters and Hayward. Hayward and James Johnson? way more doable.

Not everyone can be turned into a monster.

Remember Gerald Green?
James Ennis?
Shawn Williams?

James Johnson was buried in Toronto but showed potential.

Dion had a hot 13 games breh. Im not on that bandwagon.

Do you:hubie:
I agree

I missed that hot streak that Waiters went on so I can't comment but I just like how James Johnson fits in Spo's system.

The Miami Heat will have a meeting with Gordon Hayward on Saturday and then go into a holding pattern waiting for his decision. Miami would like to re-sign James Johnson and Dion Waiters with their $35 million in cap space if Hayward decides to sign elsewhere.

"We have a plan," Riley said. "We have a Plan A. And we have a Plan B. There's no D, E, F or G. We feel good about the plan. You never know what's going to happen in free agency."

The Heat could also sign Blake Griffin.

Johnson and Waiters had career years with the Heat on make good contracts.

"We have great respect for what Dion and what James did, and Luke and obviously what Wayne did last year," Riley said, "So, you know, we're concerned but we're also very confident when you go into this process."

Go with plan B Pat. I want those two signed ASAP. I appreciate Hayward visiting us first but I don't want to lose out on our own free agents

if riley truly only has a "plan a" or "plan b" he truly is washed and needs to to just retire.
