Dragic and Bam in pick n roll should be fun to watch
I see they're trying to create a new age Nash/Staudemire duo. Except Miami plays defense, and has another quality big(Whiteside)to put alongside dragic/bam. I like this pick. I trust in Spo's ability to develop players. And Bam already has an NBA body.

What 1 and done player is polished coming out of college :dahell:
I'm just saying I've seen worse players with footwork coming out than him :6FraudCamby:

You said he wasn't a project and had some post moves :dwillhuh:

Dude is absolutely an offensive project and he struggled using footwork to score against NBA length. He has a great duck in and a good first step but he doesn't have "moves at all" unless you think Deandre Jordan is Hakeem-lite :pachaha:

ANN ARBOR -- After playing a school-record 142 games in a Michigan basketball uniform, Zak Irvin will pull on a Miami Heat jersey in two weeks at the 2017 Las Vegas Summer League.

Irvin has committed to playing with the Heat's Summer League team, according to ESPN's Chris Haynes.

Irvin will be with Miami from July 7-17 at the Thomas & Mack Center and Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas. The Michigan senior will hope to earn an invitation to preseason training camp and, ultimately, an NBA contract.

A 6-foot-6 forward, Irvin is coming off a 1,610-point career at Michigan, ranking 13th all-time in program scoring. He ranks third in both all-time for 3-point field goals made (241) and attempted (681). He was a two-time All-Big Ten honorable mention in 2016 and 2017.

As a senior in 2016-17, Irvin averaged 13.0 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.0 assists. He helped lead Michigan to the Big Ten Tournament championship and a berth in the NCAA Tournament Sweet 16.

Irvin's professional hopes stem from his 3-point shooting, his ability to hit the valuable step-in, pull-up jumper, his perimeter defense and his comfort level in ball-screens.

Irvin played in the Portsmouth Invitational and worked out for a number of NBA teams in the pre-draft process.
