If he displayed stuff we didn't see, I hope it translates in game and let's see what he can do, but every draft it's "we had him way higher". I knew that would be the line months ago lol
London Perrantes from Virginia. The only other 2 undrafted guys I've seen they have going to summer league so far are Zak Irvin from Michigan and Jamel Artis from Pitt, but they aren't pgsAny word on any undrafted point guards we signed?
They said the same thing last year when we didnt give Wade 50 mil and then picked up Waiters and JJ on minimum deals. We have pound for pound some of the dumbest fans in the leagueLooking on Heat social media pages.....the comments....they really mad we picked this dude . They're saying RIley should retire
I think after Utah traded up for Mitchell their mindset was to get the guy with biggest upside. TJ Leaf, maybe he's more of a true PF but he's basically frail Hansborough with more range. Some cat here said he'd rather have Hartenstein, that guy might not even play next year. I think when the smoke clears a lot of folks are going to regret the rapid hot takes they made last night.I can see why Riley and them picked him, he's a dog and uses his frame well. As the 14th pick if can be Hassan's back up...I'm cool with it, do we really need anther guard? Assuming dion coming back
Because you get backup centers in the 2nd round.lol I just see Willie reeds replacement more athletic and stronger, what's the big deal?

• Chad Ford’s assessment on ESPN.com:
“Ceiling: He's a freaky athlete for his size, explosive vertically and laterally. He's built like Dwight Howard. Has the ability to guard in the paint and on the perimeter. Finishes above the rim. Can be a good rebounder when he's motivated to be. Hard worker in practice. Didn't flash it at Kentucky, but scouts say he has shown a nice perimeter game in workouts.
“Powerful, physical, tough,” ESPN’s Jay Bilas said. “He has really good hands. Everything he does is basically around the basket in college. He shot behind his head a little bit, but shot the ball very well in couple workouts. Very good defender who can block shots. A stud. Dwight Howard type body.”
Reaction, fallout on Heat’s selection of Kentucky’s Adebayo
How can you hate on this pick?
Hartenstein is years away from being a starterYeah, I rather have Hartenstein because he can possibly start in a position of need(PF) unlike Bam. But whatever I hope I'm wrong on Bam and he can develop a jumpshot and become a PF for us.
And I think Bam is years away from being a starting PF.Hartenstein is years away from being a starter
