I dont really care friend. Because its a sign for believers in God, that the time is near. Coupled with the poor economy, the threats of war, the elite being more bold about the works they're doing and have been doing for decades, the weather, the signs in the heavens (outerspace) and more... The time of trouble is near. Repent my brethren. You might not, but the wise will understand just as my brethren the prophet Daniel said.
This is all babble that idiots have been repeating for years and years. The world will carry on and none of your magic will happen.

He seemed very genuine like most believers that the world was going to end, so I don't think he was trying to mislead people intentionally, but it's hard to tell with believers since just about everybody believes the world will end, but ya'll can't agree on the date. But I give him props for giving a date instead of having eternity for his prophecy to come true since anybody can do that. I don't know what those passages are for since there clearly isn't an agreement among believers.
Who cares if he seemed genuine? He was wrong and mislead people PURPOSELY. If he didnt, what is he doing being a pastor (I assume)? Because a pastor should have known of those verses I posted that tell people that NO ONE knows the day and hour.
Of course one cannot agree on a date. Because it will come unexpectedly. But we can tell when its getting nearer by the signs. Just as you can tell the weather by the signs.
