Nice in France. They don't do well done and they eat steak tartare aka beef sushi :scusthov:

Spain and Portugal. The seasonings they use is :blessed:


I'm trying to get to japan to taste some legit kobe beef. Not the fake american b.s. they try to pass off to us.

You bugging breh. Steak tartares is some amazing stuff

Start out small with medium well then to medium.

Then make that jump to medium rare :ahh:


I've been on medium rare for a couple years now I think it's time i jump to rare :lupe:

Also depending on the restaurant get your burgers medium.

Anyone tried that blue rare?

Tried it a few years ago at a local high end steakhouse near where I live. surprisingly good, but nothing that I would do consistently. Just a bit too much of the rare flavor, I need just that much more that rare offers for the cooked flavor.

exactly... Since we're on the topic of steaks... I bet you could go to brazil and have a great steak at a afro-Brazilian owned restaurant... And no disrespect to the French, but steak tartar is trash :scusthov:

yup. me and my boy, who is white went to a brazillian steakhouse just last week. and since its all u can eat, I was trying rare, medium, medium well and all the styles of steak cooked-ness. I didn't like rare so much, but the medium was hitting the most. then we were talking about another guy thats black that we have eaten there with and how he ALWAYS gets well done meats.

I never fukk with the A1 on my steaks either. there's no need for it given its cooked right.

Used to be medium well and above now I get medium...dunno wtf I was thinking well done tastes like cooke charcoal and even the difference between medium well and medium is :ohlawd:. I might have to make that jump to medium rare
