I'll let u guys in on a lil known fact while I'm getting ready for work. Turbulence has NEVER caused a commercial plane to crash. Like, EVER.

Think about it...

Pre Covid we averaged over 100,000 flights in the world per day and over 35 million per year. Not 1 of those flights went down over some bytchass turbulence. Airframes are designed to take wayyyyy more stress than people can imagine. So next time ur seatmate starts praying over a lil turbulence...slap them and say pray we make it home on our drive from the airport

Heading to Cabo in a couple weeks, had my wife do the whole trip. She told me we could save $400 (200 each) flying Spirit.

I laughed and told her to book anything but spirit. Not dealing with that broke ass shyt. If i cant afford to fly something other than Spirit, i shouldnt be going on vacation

Yeah. Caught 4 flights a week for about a year straight. I think most people that fly spirit don’t fly often, but I’ve experienced bad turbulence like that on all airlines....

I honestly don’t understand why people go cheap when flying. I get it if u fly frequently and u need to save money. But yea heavens forbid I ever have to get on a spirit airline or any of those airlines selling seats for $79.

luckily I don’t have the problems many people have where they can’t stop chasing excitement.

Hmmm idk. Maybe because the airline wouldnt run if it wasnt safe...

or maybe the success rate/crash rate not being any different between airlines

maybe because people dont want to pay an arm and a leg for a quick weekend getaway.

the only difference is comfort, baggage prices, and likeliness yo have delays.

That wasn't even that bad. Over exaggerated screaming and crying is what made it seem worse.

They should’ve been onboard when we landed in St Croix on that lil bitty ass strip with rain and high winds. I knew it was over I swear.
