This season is aight so far, I'd say it's better than last season but the villain is still a little lacking.
I think the problem with Cicada (either version) is that his/her motives and story are too simple.
Thawne: Was trapped in the past, stole someone's identity, then mentored Barry so he could get fast to open a time portal. Would also like to kill him eventually.
Zoom: Dying from a disease he got due from abusing speed drugs. Wants to absorb Barry's speed and use it to cure himself, but only after Barry is fast enough. Might as well destroy the multiverse once that's done.
Savitar: Is secretly a time remnant of Barry from the future who is just manipulating events so he can escape from the Speed Force and make sure he comes into existence.
DeVoe: Wants to become one wtih all of humanity and achieve "The Enlightment" whereby he reboots everyone's mind and creates a utopia.
Cicada(s): Want to kill all metahumans because they caused an accident once and they got hurt.
Hopefully they do a good job with Godspeed. Costume looked good from what I saw.
