Being locked taught me you could have wet dreams as a grown ass man

:ahh::why::scusthov:

Then you realize you can't change out your fit for a couple days unless you got the laundry plug

I bet I could take a shyt in front of the whole coli no hesitation :ahh::youngsabo::banderas::jawalrus:
Bro. I would light up the whole tier , nikkas was mad when I first came in. Like fight me mad.

Then I had to regulate my bowel movements and got it timed to shyt at a certain time .

Except the fact that you’re now a convicted felon and that impacts you for the rest of your life.
I did three years and I’m not a felon. Tell me your out of touch without telling me lol. I’m not acting like getting booked is a badge of honor cuz it’s definitely not, but the way y’all think anybody that been thru some real shyt is a “thug” is kind of telling about the users of this site

3 years was your sentence? Typically if you do 1 year or more it's a felony charge.

You had multiple misdemeanors sentenced consecutive instead of concurrent I'm assuming.

If so, why did you accept a extra 2 years if it was only a misdemeanor? :hubie:

I don't know ow your story just filling in blanks from my own legal knowledge
.

If you don't mind I'm curious to know how you ended up serving 3 years for a non felony charge.

Drug/shock program?

Na my sentence was 10 years all suspended but 6. I made out at trial, I was facing 40 but they couldn’t prove the felonies, so they maxed out the misdemeanor joints. I worked my sentence down so I did three years inside and 5 on house arrest

Oh so you gave the system 8 years of your life.

Parole is no joke, did you have a respectful PO officer?

I came home right before the pandemic and I had a clean record so they basically put me on unsupervised. I been living my best life tbh
Ohh shyt. You caught a good deal.

I remember hearing stories of my associates who were high risk/gang level parole and them nikkas was pulling up at 5am in the morning doing drug test.

On supervised release tip
I only did 3 years probation and even hear what they went through on parole had me like Damm I know you going through a higher conviction but Damm you have no rights?!?!?

My PO came to my house on the first visit and saw my moms and our standard of living and was like you aint come from that level of dysfunction in subtle ways. Education and diplomas on the wall from all her kids and etc
She never returned. Just made me.do finger printing every week and compliance for programs.

For other folks who had high level parole or whatever they call it, had it ROUGH. When you on supervised visits your home of wherever you reside becomes an extension of the correctional facility.

They claimed they can search whatever residence you reside at with full immunity. Fhat shyt wasn't right to me. They claimed if they wanted to raid my moms room and go through all her documents and personals they can.

Yea real shyt, being a high risk offender is nuts. It’s a shame how rigged the system is.. it’s literally like trappin and prison is the product they push. If u go once they want you to always come back. The way my situation played out was nothing but a blessing, that’s why I’m always happy. It’s some good nikkas in there that might not ever make it out

Did you originally get hit with rico or state level equivalent? As a associated party? , those charges were high for the outcome you got.

I find alot of these ambitious state attorneys try to hit high but lack exp or know the limitations of their law enforcement agencies . Thus so many cases get dropped on state level.

Federal prosecutors are tried and tried some more and vetted and vetted. They are tough.

Na just state shyt Grand jury indictment. Not gonna go too deep but it was a weird case. They really wanted to fry me but the evidence was weak. Since they couldn’t make the bigger charges stick they did their best to manipulate the lesser charges to get decent time outta me. I had a clean record tho so that’s what helped me on the back end
