My point is he hasnt deserved or earned top billing as a closer/leader...hes a 1A at best,who needs DD to be that...

He needs a Herve Villechaize or hes what he was tonight...

lowry's not an elite player, he's not a elite closer/leader...but he is the best that we've got. and yeah, losing his next best player is definitely gonna impact him, probably moreso than the top guys in the league.

it's only been 1 game though, no need to freak out about it. like i said, demar being out is gonna hurt kyle (and the whole team obviously) but our strong point is our depth so we might not fall off a cliff.

I completely disagree..this team is now playing road games out west and has a tough schedule coming up...this 13-4 is gonna look like 13-9 real soon.....This team won against bad teams and showed ALOT of bad habits in those wins they aint gonna get away with the next month...

I still think Ross and JV playing like school yard kids is detriment to this team....Esp with DD out...They cant both still be passive and both have mediocre ass games anymore...

I completely disagree..this team is now playing road games out west and has a tough schedule coming up...this 13-4 is gonna look like 13-9 real soon.....This team won against bad teams and showed ALOT of bad habits in those wins they aint gonna get away with the next month...

well i don't disagree with what you're saying in general here...because with or without DD i've been expecting us to come back down to earth at some point. i never had high hopes for ross so i'm not surprised but fukking jv man...i thought he'd be more consistent and confident by now. obviously he's not. he's a big dude but he plays soft...i mean, just look at how many often he gets shot blocked. my faith in him is gone.

it's been lowry, dd and our depth that has carried us. between that and our schedule, it's been a very delicate balance keeping us in this position. so now that a key piece is gone and the times are getting tougher, i think we'll still manage but don't expect us to look like one of the top teams in the league.

This is just going in circles....I said at best he could be a 18/11 guy if he smartens up and cleans up his bad habits...
Id settle for 13/11 and a def anchor...His interior D is not solid its inconsistent,you basing ur opinion on 1 block shot at the end that should have been a foul...

If other teams are in love with him thats GREAT,maybe theyll overpay to get him...cuz he doesnt provide what we need and imma proactive person,i dont want this to drag on to year 7 like bargnani did where were still waiting for it...

Im good in my belief he wont reach expectations on this team...Im pretty confident he wont improve much more than what he is....

Im surprised you really think hes a solid interior defender...i know you like parroting dudes ceiling but if you sat and watching him for an entire game i dont see how you can say right now hes a solid defender...

Even in tonights game alone,many mental mistakes...Too often hes in a bad position in his stance that doesnt allow him to help at the rim,too often he stands in the paint with his arms up like a statue,thats not solid interior defending,thats not even reacting to the play..thats just hoping someone runs into you...
