Didn't see the whole game as I was at work but the stats would agree. He tried to do too much on his own, and never really adapted but that's partly the coaches fault too. And JV didn't come thru on a lot of Kyles attempts to get something going in the paint. Plenty of opportunities from what Kyle presented and we came away with nothing for the effort.
No hes not....He failed when it counted (game 7)
and he looked like shyt with DD out.
He plays well as this team plays well,he aint no damn closer tho....

I was just telling someone earlier about them developing a bad habit of playing so so to hot garbage for 3 quarters and then "flipping the switch". I think Casey addressed it very early in the season too saying they weren't good enough to do it too. Surprisingly Ross was 8-12 tonight even though it seemed like one of his 3-13 kind of games. That being said we all knew they would hit a rough patch sooner or later. Derozan being out for so long came as a blindside to everyone and we're going to see how he effects the game even though they had been winning despite his struggles.

My point is he hasnt deserved or earned top billing as a closer/leader...hes a 1A at best,who needs DD to be that...
He needs a Herve Villechaize or hes what he was tonight...
They sleep walked thru the first 2.5 quarters...eventually its going to start adding up in the loss column.
