That’s always been Cashmans problem he still living off that 09 chip lmaoo

Construct teams only built for the regular season and not the playoffs…

Sports radio going to be on fire tomorrow :mjlol:

and that's all he can live off of. Remnants of Bob Watson's work from the mid 90s + CC and Tex got Cashman that chip along with ARod getting (and staying hot) all season.

Cashman walked into a ready made dynasty so he gets no credit for that, and 2009 , he did not want to resign Arod, who carried us in the 09 offs, so if it was to cashman we wouldnt have won in 09 either

so by that logic he is responsible for zero rings.

this team has a 200 mil payroll and is getting outclassed by two teams with 30 million dollar payrolls.

fire cashman and offer tampa or baltimore executives whatever they want to come here, if they can run cirlces around cashman with spending 10 times less then what can they do with real money? either way cashman has to go

Out here leaning on Anthony Volpe, Alex Verdugo, a rookie catcher who hit the wall a month ago, and a first baseman who has been in decline for 4-5 years and has 1 home run since June. Too many guys with no consistent approach, no power, and no speed.

Dude is moving like this is the 2003 team that was stacked and that’s just not the case. Watch Hal extend him for 12 more years and lowball Soto

He needed to be fired on the spot for letting 422 innings worth of pitching walk in Pettitte and Clemens. Hal might not have baseball sense, but he knows what bad business it’ll be to let Soto out the door. If he has to undercut Cashman to get a deal done, I expect he will.
