That's what I'm saying... If the next skyrim can put Fallout's 4 combat and graphics into an upgraded system and refine it for the consoles with a tight ass story and fun side quests that shyt will be badass...

Why are people posting speedruns from older FF games and using that as a valid comparison towards doing pretty much everything in FFXV?
Come on let's be real brehs, FFXV is padded with bullshyt side quests and mob hunts/dungeons to pad the time. That may be very well up your ally but to say that it's the same time to beat as the other FF games on SPEED runs is ridiculous. The AVERAGE time to complete the STORY is lower than most FF games.
Dudes doing mental gymnastics talking about "Oh you're just reading smh!" like wow it's a JRPG game the text is for the dialogue/story advancement. FFXV doesn't use as much text since a lot of the story was gutted and it's mostly just lines said in passing via car or those cutscenes.

If the story can be beat without really doing optional quest then I'd say the "story" that's being told isn't very much important in those quests in the first place. I hate when games try to build story via things that aren't naturally found during the main playthrough. It'd be like watching a movie and then people like "Yo the website got more info you can read about what happens."
if you wanna play that "you were just reading" shyt, half the time in this game you're just sitting there listening to shyt while the car moved from A to B. Stop it son It's like you're trying to take out the fundamentals of the game and only count moments where you summon Ifrit as the game and everything else not. Hell, most of the time you're just running to a circle until you get to enemies in this game

you're posting speed runs. Do you not know what a speed run is? If you can skip the cut scenes in this game,avoid enemies, skip the driving sections that go from A to B, quickly defeat enemies/bosses and whatnot what you think the speed run for this will be? The average person doesn't speed run games. Using speed runs of old ass games to say they can be beaten fast compared to a new game that doesn't have much speed run videos is dumb.
