Probably my second favorite game of all time. Goated story. Had young me all misty eyed at the end and shyt. I probably beat this game like 30 times. The only thing I never did was dodge that lightning 200 times for Lulu ultimate weapon. fukk that shyt, that's when I just game sharked that bytch.

FFX-2 gets a bad reputation with its goofiness but I loved that game too. It's gameplay easily shytted on FFX's and FFX's gameplay wasn't bad at all.

I appreciate that this wasn't a bad game, but imo this is just a middle of the pack FF game, outside of the soundtrack which is GOAT tier.

Only really innovative thing they did was the sphere grid and that shyt was ass.

Easy top 5 FF for me. Love the sphere grid, still my favorite FF leveling system to this day. Puttin Yuna on Aurons grid for laughs

def the best summons system for me too. Controllin Aeons n boostin their stats was dope.

they even made Titus half ass likable by the end after i hated him for the majority of the game.

Side note: it's dope the FFVII Remake's graphics rival the CGI cutscenes from this game, I copped that for PS5 and it looks incredible
