This game has already been in development for 1.5 years, and SE is also working with another company, CC2, in developing this game.. I think 2017 isn't a stretch, and 2018 at the very latest.

They also said the director didnt even know he was the director through preproduction, and he's the guy working on Kingdom hearts, which is still at least 2 years away.
So in a perfect world we get FF15 next year Kindom hearts in 2017 and FF7 in 2018.
