There is no evidence that is going to backfire. Democrats are just some hoes.

There was no evidence doing that judicial removal of it was going to backfire either. Obama was president and people thought there would never be another republican president. Yet somehow Kavanaugh and Barrett sit on the court now.

The Democrats are going to lose the Senate if they don't pass anything substantial, especially the voting rights bills. Basically, McConnell indirectly controls the senate, due to the filibuster.

I'm saying the timing is important. If they're going to remove it then do it now for DC statehood, voting rights act, stronger banking regulations and expand Obamacare. Basically popular reform that are overwhelmingly difficult to remove once it's accepted by most Americans.

But the Democrats are stupid enough to time the removal of the filibuster until they almost can't get anything passed. Then they'll hand off the tyranny of the majority to the Republicans in 2022.

If they're going to do it, do it now.
