Yeah, I heard the same thing, that Michael Brown had turned around, with his hands in the air...hence the "hands up" gesture that is being made by protestors.
I love how you people think you can judge a person's entire character based on a 10 second video clip with no real context. Fine, call him a thug. WHAT THE HELL DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE? It doesn't prove that officer's life was in danger and it was absolutely necessary to kill Brown. That video is completely irrelevant, and just an attempt to victim blame -- and a very poor one at that.

If Brown had just robbed a convenience store fifteen minutes before the shooting it means he may have been more likely to engage in a confrontation with the police or resist arrest. At the very least, it proves that all those claims about Brown being an innocent, harmless little boy to be complete bullshyt.
