It doesn't matter your labeling for a person; you can't kill someone indiscriminately because you think they've stolen in the past. A cop can't kill you because he thinks you're a shoplifter.The fact remain that cops cannot legally shoot an unarmed, fleeing person that poses no immediate harm to him or anyone else.
I didn't say cops have the right to shoot people who rob stores. I just said Michael Brown was a scumbag and a thug which are both true.

You imply that Brown having robbed a store is enough justification for some racist thug cop to kill him. That's absurd from a fairness and legal standpoint. Moreover, your appraisal of Brown as a scumbag and thug is no more important, accurate or relevant than my appraisal of you as the very same things. Your opinion here is verbal garbage. Officers can't kill people because the former think the latter are "scumbag thugs". Can someone kill somebody else because they think the person they kill is a "nazi scumbag"? If so there are many that should die.

The shooting is what needs to be investigated but he was a thug through and through.
I never implied that robbing a store is justification for being shot by a police officer. You are now putting words in my mouth. Intelligent people can believe that 1) Michael Brown is a piece of shyt thug and 2) He didn't deserve to be killed as long as he wasn't assaulting the officer. Those two beliefs are not mutually exclusive.
Unfortunately, we don't know all the facts yet so we still can't say one way or another whether Brown's killing was justified.

Brown was shot and killed by Ferguson, Mo., police officer Darren Wilson last Saturday, setting off a wave of protests, with occasional looting and clashes with police. The New York Times obtained the autopsy results performed by Dr. Michael Baden, of New York City, and Prof. Shawn Parcells, a Kansas-based pathologist assistance.
Some key details from the Times:
One of the bullets entered the top of Mr. Brown’s skull, suggesting his head was bent forward when it struck him and caused a fatal injury, according to Dr. Michael M. Baden, the former chief medical examiner for the City of New York, who flew to Missouri on Sunday at the family’s request to conduct the separate autopsy. It was likely the last of bullets to hit him, he said.
Mr. Brown, 18, was also shot four times in the right arm, he said, adding that all the bullets were fired into his front.
The bullets did not appear to have been shot from very close range because no gunpowder was present on his body. However, that determination could change if it turns out that there is gunshot residue on Mr. Brown’s clothing, to which Dr. Baden did not have access.

Several witnesses claimed Brown was shot while fleeing the officer with his hands up in the air. The official police line, however, claims Brown was shot during some sort of violent struggle. The autopsy results will only serve to further complicate an already murky situation.
