I want my childs teacher to be a teacher not a tik toker.

I don't think there is anything wrong in theory and this wasn't inappropriate in the sense people are trying to make it out to be but there needs to be boundaries and even if this wasn't the intention of this individual having loose boundaries like this with adults could lead to horrendous consequences for children who may be vulnerable.

Write him up and make it clear that a 2nd infraction will be termination.

But firing him off top, IMO, is excessive. Now if children were forced or pressured to do this, then, ok, fire him.

Judging from his other videos. he should consider himself lucky he got fired now, before he took it too far and ended up arrested on some child predator shyt/pedo shyt.

He can chalk this up to consequences for being unprofessional and move on with his life.
Could've just as easily ended up in prison eventually.

Another thing that folks gotta remember is that a LOT of people do stuff in plain sight as a means of psychological warfare. Cause a lot of folks will look at something and go "if it was wrong, he wouldn't be doing it in front of people."

Not realizing that that's the exact thought they want you to think. There are a lot of demons out here that manipulate people like that and I've run into some face to face.

This dude recorded the video and put it on his social media and did it when other people were in the room to play with folks heads and make you think it's YOU that's wrong and not him cause surely if it was him, he wouldn't be doing something wrong in front of people.

The parallels are crazy. R. Kelly was 27 and Aaliyah was 15 when they were dating. This dude is around that age amongst a bunch of kids that look to be 13 and 14 and calling them his besties. In that interview Aaliyah says R. was her 'best friend., she also goes on to say that her parents approved of her career. This dude goes on to emphasize how he got the approval from the parents. I'm not saying this dude is an R. Kelly, but this situation is looking similar in a lot of regards to R. Kelly and Aaliyah and this dude has to learn boundaries. Even if he isn't doing anything, all it takes is for one of those girls to make a false allegation and he's cooked because he's on video letting these girls all in his personal space.

So with that,. consent from parents doesn't mean much because a lot of parents are willing to let their kids be in inappropriate situations.

A lot of dudes would flip out if they caught their girlfriend or wife at a 'male friend's' house braiding his hair for free, but somehow it's fine for their daughter to be taking down some grown man's hair who is their bestie and who also happens to have their phone numbers Nah..

Exactly. Him getting fired could be the biggest blessing he ever received if he wakes up and realizes he needs to come to work differently and establish boundaries, especially if he's working with someone elses' kids. Sadly, it seems like he feels like his actions were fine and everyone else is just 'viewing it wrong' so it's highly likely he walks into another job with the same attitude. I pray he reconsiders though.

What grown man would be at a professional job letting a grown woman take down his hair while on the job premises, much less young girls? Bruh is coming to work braided up, tats showing with an earring in or with a beanie and chain on with these girls playing in his hair like he's sitting on some steps on the block. You KNOW he wouldn't pull this on the street, sitting outside and have a bunch of 13 or 14 year old neighborhoods girls that he's not related to twisting his hair up because someone would have jumped on him or called the cops... but he can show up to school and play the 'bestie' game and try it on the girls there.

That's your job to be looked at as a potential threat just for being a man?
:what:

Y'all looking for validation from people on the Internet so much that you're talking dumb.

Even if you're talking about just working hard to support your family being a "mans job".
Everyone should have an understanding how important a mans role is in this world.
Not complaining, just insight.

But this is thecoli and nikkaz are retarded
