the shyt is transparent projection of these weird narratives they have about trying to cast kendrick as some messiah figure. The triple-standards and backstabbing of rhetoric is nakedly opportunistic. It’s just odd.

This “culture” convo is bunch of BLM rejects trying to gatekeep blackness to the expense of anyone who doesn’t comply with the hotep Neo-soul “real hip hop” circles. The same people talking about rejecting commercialism want their own tastes to be revered and elevated as financial successes. It’s all over the place.

…not to mention…Drake IS of the culture and it explains why they have to to try so hard to exclude him. It’s just very odd.

Again…ask yourself why J Cole and Ebro are accepted at this moment and Drake isn’t.

And then at the end he circles back to what a clown show of fugazi-ness hip-hop has been for decades now and theorizes that part of the resentment from his peers is he's been better at faking it and selling out than they have been :yeshrug:

It's way more measured and "objective" (read: fair to Drake) than people here wanna claim

Even clowned Drake for not having the capacity to even bring up Kendrick's hoptep Black Israelite nonsense :mjlol:

thats a lose-lose argument cause so many black people are deferential to that argument and would have attacked drake as “not being culturally aware"

Theres no wins here because him even attempting to call out kendrick’s fake activist wave itself is a thin line because a lot of black people themselves dont want to get into a debate about some of that performative nonsense and have Drake be the one to call it out.

If if was a spliff we'd be all fukked up; Drake being who he is is why he'd never be able to do that shyt anyway :mjlol:

It's just so funny that he's so disconnected that something so easily mockable doesn't even come to his head

again, yall dont listen to drake’s actual songs outside of the mainstream stuff so yall think he didn’t consider this.

I think he did. But HE can’t say that because it won’t be received well. Imagine drake mocking the NOI. Do you think he wants that?

Drake tried to tap in to Kendrick's fakeness but nikkas misinterpreted the fukk out of it on purpose. U think if he really leaned into it it would go over well at this point? Kendrick basically tugged on people's heart strings so it's emotions vs logic at this point. nikkas on here call me a Drake stan for calling out KENDRICK on his bullshyt. I never been even called a Drake fan in my life let alone a Drake stan. shyt I've heard that I'm a Drake hater more than anything else. My issue with Kendrick always been that son fake as fukk and it wouldn't even bother me cause alotta rappers are. But the nikka fans and hip hop critics have always relentlessly dikkrode the nikka and tried to discredit any hip hop before or around him. And he ain't the only one. shyt used to piss me off when it came to Kanye later in his career as well.

Or...it could be because Aubrey is just half a cracka who grew up in hollywood with his white executive producer mother, making his living on a tv show and going to private schools...and then when he decided to be a rapper starting hanging around black people who had to teach him how to say nikka without the er.

When it was time to make a dollar, Aubrey was like "nikkas, nikkas, nikkas, bytches, bytches, nikkas, bytches, nikkas." When it was time to start a family he seeded up your typical white hard faced french woman who pushed out a kid that looks like something Hitler was trying to build in a lab.

Only a cracka or a musty indian would think BLM had anything to do with "culture".

Like...J Cole got a white parent but nobody has ever questioned if he was part of hip hop culture.

Go take your smoke break Sanjay and trade seats with the one of you who does a better job of pretending to be black:camby:
Hey what does your name mean? You nikkas be whole weirdos trying to cosplay as real nikkas online. Now what kind of black man names himself that? You cats be agents on this message board.
