Treachery seems like it runs too deep in CHI, for violence to ever cease. The difference between CHI, LA, and a few other places, versus everywhere else, looks like this...

Its too many goons movin on that time. In most areas, you might have a handful of dudes, doin the atrocious shyt. You know who most the shooters are. Theres too many shooters runnin around in CHI, for dudes to even be fearful, about gettin jammed. Then you got the young dumb nggas (teens), that will always wanna aspire to that shyt, to make a name for themselves, or get clout. They're the worst, because its too many youngins, and new faces to account for...:scusthov:

Then you got cats, actively hunting other nggas in the streets out there. Once too many ppl are movin on that type of demon time, the ruthlessness has become too entrenched. The lust for revenge, runs too deep out there...:yeshrug:

I'd just be TF out like a Durk, Keef, etc. fukk rollin the dice, the hoods are just about a lost cause, unless something monumental occurs.

LA (and NYC) is Disneyland compared to Chicago if we talking present day. The gang laws/cameras/gentrification has the murder rate lower than it has been since the 60s which is a good thing. I'm not sure why Chicago government doesn't try the same tactics.

Thats rough man. But seriously why didn't he move out of Chicago? At least for his kids? Not to compare cause every man is different but Rico Recklezz took his kids right to LA the minute he got some money.
