...i definitely wouldn't say it's the chic's fault, but i would question her thought process if i'm law enforcement, his family, or the jury. she knew he was unstable and she knew he didn't have the ability to take a bullet like superman. she had to have known her dude wasn't going to just walk away unless she dragged him away, but she was too concerned with filming the confrontation (which i personally appreciate her for that).
