I went from demolishing 4k+ in calories on average to having to eat something because I forgot to eat something.

I did IF for a while. It doesn't fit for me because I work out in the morning but it had benefits.
Have a shake after the workout
I workout in the morning and I work in a restaurant so I'm on my feet all day. Wake up at 7 am and I close so i'm eating my meal of the day around 10pm

If you are eating that early and that late how is the fasting window anything past normal sleep patterns?
Skimmed the wiki entry but I got it now.The fasting is eating small throughout the day and eating big at night, so having a shake or fruit or almonds is good.
I also wake up at that time but i'm not eating that early

I lost 45 lbs in 2011
Didn't count calories. I just did elliptical for 45 minutes a day and really ate chicken, veggies and was as healthy as I could be. Cut out fast food and sugary drinks.
I'm tryna do it again but it has been so hard for me. Like...I can't even explain.
I have an office job and make more money and just can afford to eat what I want and it sucks.
I did pretty good this week.
Water, fruit and oatmeal for breakfast.
Grilled chicken and veggies for lunch.
And chicken veggies or chicken sandwich for dinner --- all homemade.
I'm trying hard but...it's hard.
