real talk im probably the most out of shape niga on the coli..short fat niga got man boobs and shyt smh before i get any more depressed in life and off myself i want to make that change and lose some weight and i need the coli brehs help to do it...now before yall come in here spitting yall gym language and shyt just know that i cnt comprehend that shyt cus im a rookie...i just need a starting point tbh gonna start going to the gym this weeknd

When I said diet I mean what does a typical day of eating look like for you? You drink a lot of juices and sodas?

ohh yea breh i drink soda and koolaid multiple times a day...eat fast food once a day and usually two other cooked meals the same day (cooked meals are usually like white rice/brown rice with fried chicken/porkchop or some other meat)

between the soda and koolaid thats too many sugar and calories, and all the fried stuff isnt good either. When you say you are trying to lose some weight how much are you talking? I'd recommend downloading the myfitnesspal app

i used to be at my heaviest 280ish. got down to my lowest at around 170 5'11. was great, my whole life improved drastically. i felt better, i did better, got more girls, jobs, money etc.. im back at around 240 due to my eating disorder, but don't let that stop you. summers coming man and im going to start working out again. first steps for me and how i lost weight was i didn't drink soda or juice for about a year or so. lost about 20-30 pounds just from that. then i started going to the gym, i wasn't swole or toned or anything, i just wasn't fat. when i get money im going to get legit really serious about weight lifting. getting into macros and all that extra stuff. i just dont have the funds right now to eat "healthy". id go to bodybuilding.com or reddit fitness to learn more info.

You can set a goal for weight loss
In there and it will calculate how many calories you should be eating per day. You can log breakfast, lunch, and dinner, snacks and even scan barcodes to generate the nutritional info in the app

i was 288 5"7 so yeah fat ass shyt im down to 247 i feel betterl ook better clothes feel better and with alot more confidence but first u gotta understand something is calories eating less calories then your body need will have u lose weight download a my fitness pal and log your food anthing thing else u need let me know bro im here for u

someone once told me, gym is only like 20% of the work, the other 80% is diet.

for someone overweight like u, honestly u gotta be very disciplined with ur diet and counting calories. u gotta be at a pretty big calorie deficit daily, and u will see the weight come off.

combine dthat wid dong light weights/cardio 3-5x a week regularly.

but real talk bruh, u gotta jus count calories and limit what you eat. if you a regular drinker, its gon b damn near impossible.

like i said, its about discipline and sacrifice.
