Give me an example. Cuz i believe African americans have the express right to determine who is an African American, not the right to go around the world and decide whose black and whose not. Ill even give you my personal pov, my kids kids will probably not speak spanish unless my descendants go around exclusively procreating spanish speaking people. At that point i would believe that my lineage would turn into AA if they keep dating black but they wouldnt be Ados from my side. So if an Ados, black person with a family tree going back to the antebellum south tells my people, you aint african american cuz you got a latin ancestry, ok then cool. But you cant negate that they would be descended from black africans from my side too, which is what I think fat joe was tryna say. This is a non debatable thing he brought in NUMBERS and statistics for PR and Cuba which are the two lightest skinned carribbean islands and its still an incredibly BIG portion of that thats either purely African descent, or of mixed descent but with visible African qualities.

Haitians, and people from Martinique and Guadeloupe are by all definitions, technically Latino tho. They actually hit the same number of categories as Brazilians, theyre not Hispanic but they are Latin. The problem is will racist white Latin want Haitians to be considered Latin? The non Latin countries are only places like Jamaica, Guyana, Belize, Surinam etc cuz they dont speak any Latin based creole language. They speak english or Dutch based creole
