do you know the history of the minister? does he not attend meeting and meet with people who don't subscribe to his beliefsWhen did he preach that black people should unite regardless of differences in ideology?

A few times actually.
do you know the history of the minister? does he not attend meeting and meet with people who don't subscribe to his beliefs
that's because a white man did not start the naacp, the biggest victorys and accomplishment were by black men and women.I remember years ago, I pointed out the fact that a white man started the NAACP, to some people, and they didn't believe me and damn near flipped out.
that makes no sense when it comes to the liberation of black people. why are they bickering about how to unite African peopleMeeting with people is different than working with them. It makes no sense to work with people who don’t share the same vision.

this is not about the minister, this is about black liberation, point out anytime in out history, where we achieve anything with just african people doing the work?It makes perfect sense. If your idea of liberation is to separate from other races while my idea is to appeal to other races for unity then we cannot work together. Our ideas are opposite of each other...
We could meet to potentially find common ground but nah we can’t move forward as one with opposing ideas for liberation. Don’t think this is that difficult but I know you’re looking for some reason to talk down on Farrakhan
This was discussed last year in a thread that you were involved inthat's because a white man did not start the naacp, the biggest victorys and accomplishment were by black men and women.
this is not about the minister,
minister Farrakhan and the noi has never made a serious effort to work with other organizations unless they did things the noi way.

please stop telling other coli members what to think and how to respond to your post. the hon em was magnificent in what he accomplised in the time that he was given, this does not changed the the community position in how they treated people who were non muslimThis was discussed last year in a thread that you were involved in
Elijah Muhammad is the greatest Black leader ever in North America
Please stop flooding this section of the board with spam/ irrelevant posts. I will report to mods
did i not ask for example of where it did or did not work? please pick any era.Well actually YOU made it about the "minister" not me...
So first you have a problem because he's part of an organization with a vision that will only work with those that go along with that vision. Now whats the problem?
Ahh you're a globalist. Look, theres no such thing as being a globalist (lets all hold hands) and being for black liberation at the same time. The very same people you want to hold hands with agreed to or turned a blind eye to black oppression.
Are you even "black" breh? I mean what kind of question is it to ask when have "black" achieved anything on their own? Sounds pretty iffy to me
that's because a white man did not start the naacp, the biggest victorys and accomplishment were by black men and women.
but you do know it's inaccurate right?really? since you claim to know so much, do you know what black organisation the naccp sprang from?
NAACP | Nation's Premier Civil Rights Organization
Appalled at this rampant violence, a group of white liberals that included Mary White Ovington and Oswald Garrison Villard (both the descendants of famous abolitionists), William English Walling and Dr. Henry Moscowitz issued a call for a meeting to discuss racial justice. Some 60 people, seven of whom were African American (including W. E. B. Du Bois, Ida B. Wells-Barnett, and Mary Church Terrell), signed the call, which was released on the centennial of Lincoln’s birth.
The NAACP established its national office in New York City in 1910 and named a board of directors as well as a president, Moorfield Storey, a white constitutional lawyer and former president of the American Bar Association. Other early members included Joel and Arthur Spingarn, Josephine Ruffin, Mary Talbert, Inez Milholland, Jane Addams, Florence Kelley, Sophonisba Breckinridge, John Haynes Holmes, Mary McLeod Bethune, George Henry White, Charles Edward Russell, John Dewey, William Dean Howells, Lillian Wald, Charles Darrow, Lincoln Steffens, Ray Stannard Baker, Fanny Garrison Villard, and Walter Sachs. Despite a foundational commitment to multiracial membership, Du Bois was the only African American among the organization’s original executives.

In the last reply to you, I linked the page from that thread where the topic of who started and ran the NAACP came up. This time I'm copy/pasting the history of the organization as outlined in THEIR website. It was an organization created by white people.
Please sir, just move on. Don't try to debate with freshly googled info. Everybody is aware of what the Niagara movement was....and in fact it's referenced in the same link that I attached to the previous post. That doesn't impact or change the facts being discussed about who founded the NAACP.but you do know it's inaccurate right?
dude i knew that shyt before google existed. i don't need google to have this discussion, if you knew about niagara movement then you known in morphed into the NAACP, the organization was successful because of the black folks who ran it. go look up the the folks that were in it.Please sir, just move on. Please, this is the non BS section of the board. I proved my case, accept it.
