I've got to get bloodwork done for my surgery and I'm sitting in my car stalling...I HATE NEEDLES

I wonder how do they make $$$ off of GamePass?.
It makes me wonder if they knew xbox customers wouldn't buy a game so that's why they introduced GamePass?.
