I mean, social aspects and other things could be cool. It'll get some SERIOUS backing from Facebook, too. Just kinda seems to kill the gaming aspects if it mostly. I bet the true commercial version that comes out is some total casual type shyt.

But if this gets as big as I think it can then...woah. See the book Snow Crash for what I'm thinking :youngsabo:

It's still limited in the gaming space. You see Facebook plans to take it well beyond gaming. That's how they'll really make money IF it catches on.
Sony wasn't talking about money, Sony was talking specifically stated that it was about R&D teaming up to make a better product and API's.
Yeah and this is why they said no. They already had bigger plans

Facebook should have just acquired Sony.

Sony has $151 billion in assets, that's more than Microsoft and Google. Facebook isn't even close to any of those three and damn sure can't buy it. I swear, dudes underestimate how big of a company Sony really is (which is part of their ongoing financial problems, but that's another story)
