If he plays 3 more years he will pass Kareem as the all time NBA scoring leader with ease

He could very well get 40,000 points

10,000 + rebounds
10,000 + assists

I say he gets one more ring if AD comes back so that's 5 rings.

He won titles with 3 different teams including Cleveland

He beat a 73 - 9 team down 3-1 in the finals.

MJ got the 6, but only after the Lakers, Pistons and Celtics got old.
He also had the luxury of having Pippen and Jackson for the entire run.

And Lebron did it his way. He left Cleveland to win, came back to a shytty franchise, and took them to the finals in the first season, title in the second.

Came to L.A. and won in only year 2.

Jordan was never put in those positions, so Lebron faced way more adversity that Jordan ever did.

With the exception of the Jazz, every team Jordan beat in the finals never made it back. Lebron also faced more HOF players in the finals than Jordan.

Jordan is the greatest scorer of all time (I'm not including Wilt because he's in his own category), but again. He had Phil Jackson, who proved he could win without Jordan. If Jordan had stayed in Chicago after Phil left and won a title, then maybe I would put him ahead of Lebron, but he retired. He also quit to play baseball so nah. Lebron is the king.

You all should feel blessed to have lived during this journey and will be able to tell your grandkids you got to see the greatest NBA player off all time play for his entire career. starting with.....

And LeBron had Pat Riley as a G.M. along with Wade - 3rd greatest SG ever, Ray Allen who are both 1st ballot HOF players.

Then kyrie and Kevin love. Kyrie is a head case, but he is flat out the best ball handler we've ever seen and a top tier point guard.

Now he is playing with Anthony Davis, a top 2 player in the league and a future HALL of fame player.

Rondo and Dwight Howard are also going to get in the hall of fame . Have you seen his resume?

Chris Bosh and Kevin love were all Star players and Bosh just missed the vote to get into the hall of fame.

Miss me with that, "he had Pippen and Phil Jackson his entire career"

The longevity is astounding...sustaining this level for this long will not be duplicated again

this ring officially puts him in the convo... As of right now there’s 2 more stones missing from the gauntlet but he is officially a problem to the Jordan faithful

Mentally challenged a lot of you are.

lol, its the truth. Don't care how good LeBron, one could beat a warriors team with the amount of firepower the Warriors. The amount of pressure alone Steph and Klay put on teams with their shooting is enough to get a d gassed by the fourth quarter now with KD..naw, those are cheap rings to me.

At the end of the day, there's no objective measure to crown a GOAT.

Jack Nicklaus has more major championships than Tiger, but Tiger was/is so much fun to watch, and was so dominant in the 2000s--so he's my GOAT.
Emmit Smith got the most rushing yards of all time, but Barry Sanders made me smh so many damn times--so he's my GOAT RB.
People say Jeter was so vastly overrated, I'm sure there are some out there who think he shouldn't even make the hall of fame, but to me he was a champion, king of NYC, and the face of the most historic franchise in all of sports for 2 decades--he's the GOAT.
Lebron can have all the accolades in the world and be #1 in every statistical category, but he was never Michael Jordan either on or off the court, it never felt like the season was over before it started at any point in Lebron's career, and that was the feeling in 98. It was "let's watch and document the Bulls winning their last championship," and they did--Jordan's the GOAT.
Doesn't matter how many power points you make up, isn't gonna change the way I can get that 1000 yard stare and shake my head as that Bulls intro music plays in my head and I remember how untouchable those damn teams were.
Being the goat is more than just what you do on the court, like being the president is about more than just signing bills into laws. Goat means youre the face of the sport, synonymous with the game itself. Jordan brand level.

Y’all spend so much time tryna convince everyone of something you should be secure about....assuming you really even believe it.

Could really blow these threads up with insurmountable evidence that he hasn’t passed MJ in any way...but it really don’t be worth it.

But if your position is victor by accumulation , have at it :ehh:

Salute to Bron Bron for his 4th tho
There is no insurmountable evidence, ya'll have just mythologized Jordan to the point where context is rid of all GOAT discussions. Folks can't reconcile with the fact that their childhood hero isn't this infallible entity.
