All they really have to do for a movie is make the Green Ranger storyline. It's really pretty simple.
However, the only change I would make is that I think the green ranger should have just continued on as the main villian.

I'm sure they were gonna do this but they were hoping for multiple movies that's why it wasn't the first one. I think the technology didn't remind me of power rangers though in that movie. They should do it more like the first movie where it looks like power rangers tech on a bigger budget.
