The production on this is insane. Track with Boldy got me feeling like I'm in a Michael Mann
It's very LA, right? Have you seen the video? Pretty sure they filmed a lot of it at LAX.

Also, this shyt here reminds me of something off Monkey Barz by Sean Price.

Glad he stopped rapping about rapping.
Me too.

I mean I'm sure you know this, but that's been kind of the trademark of his solo career.

Honestly man, it's hard for me to even go back and enjoy Dilated Peoples in the same way. When interviewers ask him about new the potential for Dilated material, I almost roll my eyes. I think it's pretty obvious that he's not interested about rapping about rapping anymore.

There's a Rakaa line that really stands out from the last Dilated album, where he says "Ev told me to be more emo. I said fukk that, we need more Primo."

That's like...the total opposite of the direction Ev has been moving since going solo. I'll be very surprised if we ever get another Dilated album. And I like that even when Ev does rap about rapping (like on the Conway featured track on here) there are still plenty of gems mixed in.

This album is fukking incredible! :wow:

Ev does not miss at all :wow:

In terms of production this may be album of the year.
Bro, the way the production shook out threw me for a loop. I would not have guessed that my least favorite beats on here would've been from Alchemist and Daringer. I don't dislike them, but they don't seem to fit as well with the rest.

It's not surprise that Nottz and V Don have my favorite beats. And I knew I'd like the Sebb joints. I didn't know what to expect from the Mr. Green and Qthree/Eardrum beats. I have to listen to more of their stuff, because they've got some of my favorite beats on this thing.

I'm a little bit sad about the Khrysis joint. This originally was a full song with a hook as well as a second verse. It's groovy as fukk though.
